Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. She won her Pro Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. When she was 17 she was awarded her Professional Card a year after. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her education at college. In 2015, she continued the same path as she did in the previous year, competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show, she continued competing for many years and set new goals every year. In 2009 she had won four health titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card to complete her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. They placed her third at the competition. The summer of 2016 saw her winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place within the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more than happy of her placing. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over row on the machine that use single arm lat pull downs. The warm-up is done prior to working on the sets. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
