Hayley Orrantia, she is an American singer-songwriter and actress. Many people recognize her by the title of Erica Goldberg, from the TV show, 'The Goldenbergs. But she is primarily musician. According to her, music is her primary passion. She is experimenting in since the age of nine years old. At the age of 12, her music took more serious form and she started training professionally. After some experimentation with songwriting, she only recorded her album of songs at age 14. From that moment on she's never ever looked back. Orrantia has been born in the USA but she is a native of the United States with Hispanic roots. She's proud of the fact that she has Hispanic origins, despite in English only and never lived in Mexico. To keep her heritage, she's learned Spanish and composed songs using the language. The singer recorded a Spanish version of a song, titled 'Hasta Verte. Orrantia appeared on The X Factor during its first season, in summer 2011. Orrantia was awarded the X Factor's four "yeses" to the judges at the Seattle live audition stage after being selected from her YouTube video submission. While she auditioned initially in a single performance in "Hollywood Week" the singer, along with three female performers were placed into a group for the rest in the selection process. Live shows were staged in the fifth week.
